Here is a fabulous article from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors. Truly lays out the last year and gives some solid evidence on why everyone thought inventory was pretty tough. One quick note…don’t read too much into the all-time record high for Median Sales Price. When diving a bit deeper, that isn’t as scary as it appears.
