Todd went above and beyond in several ways that ended up being crucial. The sale had some snags from the buyers end, the HOA and management company, and we ended up needing some work done on the house to get it sale ready Todd spearheaded all of this, did some painting and touch up himself, and was always available to answer questions. This was our first time selling, so we were honestly kind of stressed, but he always had the expertise, even on minutiae, to settle us both down. The HOA and management company were a problem more than once, but he helped us navigate that as well. We had an offer for asking price in seven days, and we closed a few weeks later. He gave us timelines, set expectations realistically, and beyond that, he's just a really cool person to work with. I'd go so far as to say I consider him a friend at this point.
