If you go ahead with reading the blog post, you will quickly notice that there is not much substance to it. There are a few obscure, additional statistics; however, nothing worth highlighting as significant. Some might get a little excited by that year over year increase in pending sales, but that was absolutely a result of interest rates halting everything during their spike in the early fall and those sales simply getting delayed. In short, December was the traditional, quiet month where everyone started to turn their attention to the spring.
