As I can surely imagine, the broken record analysis from a macro standpoint is becoming more and more tiresome to say the least. In other words, there really is no “new” information. Prices are still creeping higher (which again…depends on where you’re looking), rates are still brutal, and affordability is still a major concern for both buyers and sellers alike. Regardless of all these factors, sales are continuing to occur. How is this possible you ask? Because bottom line, moving is not always optional. Rents are ridiculous and although some prior homeowners would LOVE to hold on to that historic rate forever, life changes simply don’t allow that to happen.
